Nature of Our Services

All bookings and payments made through Kolkata Sherins are for time and companionship only. As such, the services are personal, time-sensitive, and non-transferable. Once a booking has been confirmed and accepted, we allocate resources and time for your request.

No Refund After Service Commencement

Refunds will not be issued once the service time has started, regardless of the circumstances. This includes situations where:

  • The client changes their mind after the service has begun
  • The client chooses to end the meeting earlier than agreed
  • There is a difference in personal expectations not previously been discussed
Refund Eligibility (Before Service Begins)

Refunds may be considered only under the following specific conditions:

  • Double Payment: If a user has been charged more than once for the same booking.
  • Service Unavailability: If your confirmed companion is unavailable and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.
  • Booking Error: If a booking was made in error and the user notifies us within 1 hour of payment, and the service has not been confirmed or started.

In such cases, refunds will be processed after internal verification and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds under the following situations:

  • Personal dissatisfaction not based on service non-fulfillment
  • Late arrival or cancellation by the client
  • Misunderstandings due to false or incomplete information shared by the client
  • Change of plans after confirmation
Booking Modifications

We understand that plans may change. You may request a reschedule at least 3 hours before the original appointment time. While we strive to accommodate changes, rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Payment Disputes

Any payment dispute should be addressed directly with our support team. Unauthorized chargebacks or false claims may lead to account restrictions and potential legal action.
